Your Elixir will replace any part received with manufacturing damage. This must be notified within 30 days of receiving the purchase.
If the part was damaged due to improper use or was exposed to chemicals, you cannot claim this warranty
You must show evidence (photo) of the damage, and the experts will evaluate each case to identify if the warranty is valid.
For pieces in rose gold or gold, Your Elixir does not guarantee that they will be as durable as silver. This is because these parts need special care. The baths in rose gold or gold can detract in color, this due to multiple factors, such as chemicals, sweat and sometimes the pH levels of the skin. These parts must be stored separately and given the necessary care.
The customer will be responsible for the payment of returns, even if they are subject to the warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
