1. Jewelry Care

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, oils, or cleaning products to preserve finish and shine.

All pieces are nickel-free, but if you have sensitive skin, please test before extended wear.

Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason.

Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

Your Elixir only ships to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Washington, USA.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Free shipping promotions may apply only to eligible orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Jewelry must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns unless defective.

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

5. Products & Descriptions

Colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly due to production or screen display differences.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once the package leaves our facility.
